Hi Doan,

Per https://support.google.com/admob/answer/7666519?hl=en-GB&ref_topic=10303737&sjid=13118661633172955040-EU, beginning from 16 January 2024, publishers and developers using Google AdSense, Ad Manager or AdMob will be required to use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) that has been certified by Google and has integrated with the IAB's Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) when serving ads to users in the European Economic Area or the UK.

Unless you are using another CMP, I'm afraid you can't not show UMP consent form. With other CMP, a similar consent form will still show.
