Thank you for reaching out to us.

Upon checking, I saw that your app status is still in "required review". It means that, your app hasn’t been reviewed yet. To have it reviewed, you must link your app to a supported app store. You can link a supported store to your app in the All Apps or App settings pages and submit for review. During the review, apps may experience limited ad serving. Reviews generally take a couple of days, but in some cases we may require more time to evaluate your app. You can check the status of your review and your app’s ad serving in your AdMob account. You may check this article to know more about the app readiness.

Thanks for the reply, but my app is not published yet in appStore. It is a new app. How can I link, please let me know.

Hi Asif,

Teejay here. Let me do the best I can to assist you in this.

With regard to your concern, please do note that the SDK just request an ad to the ad server (e.g AdMob, Ad manager, AdX, etc.) and don't have any control on your request fill rate. The error that you were getting means that your app's ad request was successful, but no ad were returned by the ad server. Linking your app into your AdMob account increase more chance of the ad request's fill rate. Unfortunately, you will need to publish your app to PlayStore in order to link it. You may want to check our App readiness article for more information regarding this.
