Thank you for bringing this to us.
I work with William and will assisting you today. I'm afraid that your use case is not doable, since direct sold ads only showing one Ad Unit ID in one view in the application and yes, it wouldn't possible to show different ads in one location. We can only suggest to create different Ad Unit ID (per Direct sold ads), then create a function that will request ad using different ad unit IDs that you created.

To achieve the possible workaround for this, you can get some ideas in what we can share to you.
With this, maybe you can get an idea on how you can create your application with different ad unit ID's. With regard to your question, you can only display the direct sold ads if you updated your app that been published in the play store, since you needed to change Ad Unit ID's that been used when the app is published.
