Hello AdMob Community,

I'm reaching out for assistance regarding a sudden issue with my iOS app, which has been live on the Apple Store for almost two years. The app's package name is "com.yfago.wallpapersforgirls". Recently, we've noticed that ads have stopped serving entirely, despite there being no changes on our end that would cause this. We've thoroughly checked our AdMob account for any notifications or policy violations and found nothing that could explain why ads are no longer being displayed.

Additionally, we've attempted to contact AdMob support through the email form for further insight, but unfortunately, the form submission doesn't seem to be working properly, leaving us in a bit of a bind.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with ad serving on their iOS apps? Any guidance on the following would be immensely appreciated:
  1. Potential reasons for ads to stop serving suddenly despite no policy violations or account issues.
  2. Tips on successfully contacting AdMob support when the standard channels are not functioning.
  3. Any troubleshooting steps that could be recommended to help diagnose or resolve this issue.
We're keen to resolve this as quickly as possible to ensure a seamless experience for our users and to continue monetizing our app effectively. Any advice, insights, or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help and support.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK support team.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the AdMob SDK for iOS. Check for any updates to the SDK and make sure you've integrated the most recent version.

Kindly Make sure that you have followed the iOS implementation guidelines. This is more of an Ad serving concern rather than anything specific to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK.

Verify whether you have implemented UMP, as this may be hindering the delivery of personalized advertisements in specific countries. Use the following help center article to understand Common reasons for ads not showing and use the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter to debug the issue.

If the issue still persists, could you provide the below information via reply privately to the author option. So, we can review the account and provide you with an update.

  • app ID
  • ad unit ID
  • Mobile Ads SDK Version being used

Hi,

Based on the information you provided, I have run our Google sample project with your ad unit ID and app ID. I am able to load ad successfully in simulator. Could you please attempt to run our Google sample project with your bundle identifier. If you are able to reproduce the issue, then the issue is with your bundle identifier. I would recommend that you reach out to the Product Support Team, as they are better equipped to address your query.

Hi,

I also performed the execution of our Google Sample Project with your bundle ID and am unable to load the ads on my end. The issue can be attributed to the bundle ID. Upon further investigation, this seems to be a serving issue rather than something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. I would advise you to contact the Product Support Team. They possess the necessary expertise to address your concern effectively. At this time the forum is the best escalation path to address your concern. It is monitored internally and externally to help you to resolve your issue.
