No ads appearing in my apps

Hi, 

I am struggling to get the ads by admob seen in apps I made. 

I currently have 5 apps, that are all set up to be showing ads, but none of them are showing any. 
Also the numbers in my admob account all stay on zero. 

Is there a certain limit of 'views' you need to cross before admob starts handing out ads? 

Could it be possible with 5 apps to not even show 1 ad?

Hi Bart,

Is this for iOS or Android? Do you have any code or logs to share that might help figure out why the ads aren't showing?
