I have published an application in Google Play Store and I used real App ID and after getting approved real ads was showing and running, however all of a sudden the ads stopped showing and I am getting 'Ad failed to load : 3' I have found several answers saying that the code is correct but there might be an issue with the Account Google AdMob which I can seem to figure out. I was working on Android Studio using an Emulator to change some issues in the app and I have added the Ad ID of the emulator to the testing devices in Google AdMob as well. When I am using the Test ID and see them but when I use the actual App ID they dont show.
In my google Admob account I dont have any issues in the Policy Center which requires review. However when i first started the account I created 2 Apps one for Androis which is Ready and Approved and the other is Ios which is showing Requires Review as I have never published any apps on Ios yet but I had Ad Unit which I recently delete hoping that it could be the issue. I have notices the following message when I click on All APPs "Status Details: Limited ad serving Add store to lift limit"
Here is the Ad unit ID: ca-app-pub-5925889552087053/3722082929
here is the App ID: ca-app-pub-5925889552087053~7415923533
My question could this be the reason why I no longer see real ads on the publish application? If so how long until I see the ads back and if not how can I know what is the issue to fix it?

Hi Ahmed,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you're encountering this with no ads in your app published to Google Play store, then the status that you're seeing for your iOS app should not affect this. I've tried to check your ad unit id in our sample app, and was able to load ads using it. Since your app is already published, can you confirm if you already set up your app-ads.txt file? If not yet, kindly follow this (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/9363762?hl=en&sjid=2418371235660772237-AP) on how you can set it up. In addition to that, kindly ensure that it can be crawled (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/9679128?hl=en&ref_topic=7384409&sjid=2418371235660772237-AP). Also, to maximize the chances of receiving ads from the AdMob SDK, kindly fully complete the setup of your AdMob account, particularly the billing (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/2772229?hl=en) and PIN verification (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/2772302?hl=en) sections.

Hi Heet,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you confirm if you have any concern related to the Mobile Ads SDK? Do you have the same concern with regard to not showing ads after published? If yes, kindly provide us your app id and ad unit id for us to further check it in our end.
