Account Not Active An AdSense account - No e-mail in inbox!

Dear fellow developers,

I'm in a vicious circle, and I my calls to Google are a waste of time. I've been trying to get some help since last wednesday, but no one responds, or when I ask their name, I get disconnected. hope someone can help me out. here it goes:

I would like to update my Admob account, so I take the following steps:
- log in to my Admob account
- after being logged in I click on the "help" button on the top right.
- Now I click on: "Upgrade to the new AdMob today".
- I see the "Upgrade to the new AdMob today" screen.
- Now I click on the "Get started" button.

A new screen pops-up:

Sign in for AdMob
1 Select your Google-account:
You need a Google-account to sign in for Admob, Log in if you have a Google Account.

When I click it, the following message shows:

Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application.

 

The problem here is: I never received an E-mail ( I also check the other e-mail account that is connected to this account, and ofcourse the Spambox...)

So I need to enter my Adsense account to upgrade my Admob account, but I can't upgrade my Admob account because I can't enter my Adsense account...

Now what?
