Can't bid with 3rd party mediation

Hi,
I'm using admob bidding to run with fairbid digital turbine mediation.
Other ad networks work great. And even admob waterfall using fairbid works.
I've done and check everything. Fairbid testsuit indicates everything is ok but still "no ad available". Even when test it with testsuit without the bidding.

How to fix this?

Please note that we only support official AdMob networks and do not provide support for third-part SDKs. 

Additionally, I have checked your AdMob account and found that mediation is not set up for the ad unit ID you mentioned.

I'm trying to understand how come the waterfall is working, and the bidding is not. Other ad networks are working well.

I'm guessing the problem got something to do with the admob specifically.

And I didn't understand - I'm not using admob mediation. Do you mean the ad unit ID is not set up with admob mediation or not set up in my current fairbid mediation?

Please note that the Google Mobile Ads SDK does not support fair bid digital turbine mediation. According to the Choose networks documentation, only the mediations explicitly listed within the documentation are officially supported.

Upon checking your AdMob account, we observed that no mediation is integrated for the ad unit ID (ca-app-pub-5930xxxxx64/738xxxxx6). Kindly check the AdMob Mediation help center article and proceed with the integration of mediation for the mentioned ad unit ID.

What? I'm trying to use admob with dt mediation.
I said I'm using dt mediation not admob.
Here is a link that show you can implement admob bidder in dt mediation:

And the ad is not integrated is the issue. This is why I ask you support. Still.

I am using Google Mobile Ads Admob network only for rewarded video Ads.
No other network mediation through Admob.
Our game is available on the following link:

When going to publish with Admob updated SDK, we got rejected by google

Issue found: Families ad format requirements

Your app contains ads that don’t comply with our Families ad format requirements. For example, we don’t allow:

• Ads that interfere with normal app use that aren’t closeable after 5 seconds.

Issue details

We found an issue in the following area(s):

• Version code 50

To bring your app into compliance, follow these steps:

• To resolve this issue, remove any violating ad content before submitting an app update.
• Make sure your app uses a version of the Families Self-Certified Ads SDKs listed in the program. For details, refer to the “Format requirements” section of the Families Ads and Monetization policy.

We are using rewarded video ads only from Google Admob directly.
Ads are properly configured according to Google Families and Child policy 3+
Ads are closeable after 5s.
But most of the time, the close button actually fails to appear, with an internal working of invisible close buttons on any of the top corners, after 5s of video play time.
The functionality is fine, but the visibility issue of the close button is getting our update rejected.

Please look into this.

We’ve confirmed that the fix is fully live as of Sep 17, and the rendering issue on Android 15+ that affects full-screen ads rendering is now resolved. Please do not use the workaround we’ve shared before and remove the workaround if you have implemented it. 

If you believe you are still experiencing the issue of android system bar blocking full screen ads on Android 15+ app package, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
