How to unblock app and remove it from unused accounts

Hello!

I've been researching how to enable AdMob for my application and connected app (from AppStore) to the test accounts.

Now, I've connected the same app to another (real) account and have been faced to the issue: in case you connect the same app to several accounts, ads (app) will be blocked at all.

What I need to do to get my app unblocked and remove it from another accounts?

Also, it's not clear for me, because I've connected AdMob appId and unitId to the test app and it works. But, when I connect AdMob appId and unitId to real app, always get the error: "No Ad returned from any ad server". Do I identify the issue correctly?

P.S. I'm trying to connect rewarded video ads

I'm afraid our team (Mobile Ads SDK Team) can only assist you with the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. The appropriate channel to assist you with your account related concern is the AdMob Help forum. Additionally, you may refer to these Account issues FAQs for relevant information.
