"Choose Payment Method" option not clickable

Hi,

I am not able click of "Choose Payment Method" under "How you get paid" section. That button is grayed out. Kindly let me know how I can get it activated. I have updated all the information in Admob panel. My name, address, PAN card (A Tax document for India) still I am not able to click that button. Any hint ? What I would be missing ? I am stuck badly. Please let me know.

But I am not able to send them any query. Whatever suggestion they have provided is not working at all. That button is DISABLED (GRAYED OUT). Its not clickable so please help me with Admob Support Team's mail ID. Please
