Hi, 

After 3 days of ad unit creation, my fill rate from admob reduced considerably. Now the fill rate is only 10%. Tried creating new app, new ad unit ids. Still no luck. 

I have verified the pin sent to address. 

Please check the below ad unit ids:

ADMOB_BANNER_ID = "ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx";
ADMOB_INTERSTITIAL_ID = "ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx";
ADMOB_RECTANGULAR_BANNER_ID = "ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx";

Hi there,

I've tested your Ad Unit with our sample apps and I was able to load Banner Ads successfully, however, I kept on receiving Error Code 3: No Fill when I tried to load Interstitial Ads using your Ad Unit id. Since at some time you were able to load Ads, then, it is possible that there are just no available Ads for your app users during the past few days where the fill rate is lower than usual.

On the other hand, for any concerns about your Ad performance such as fill rate, I suggest to use this troubleshooter or reach out to the Product Support Team. Also, you may raise your concern to the AdMob Help Forum.

I am not able to reach the product support team. Every time it redirects to help page. Not able to reach any support team or fill any form.

Could you confirm if you can't also access this troubleshooter? In addition, are you able to load Ads locally on your end?

It asked few questions in the troubleshooter. After answering it showed a link to fill form. On clicking that it took me to admob help page. 

And the fill rate is only 10%. Even i m not getting ads.

For fill performance inquires I would recommend you reach out on the Google Mobile Ads Product Forum. This forum is strictly for technical issues regarding the GMA SDK. As you are getting fill intermittently, there isn't an issue with your integration with the GMA SDK.
