Can i promote google play paid app through admob?

I want to advertise my paid Google play app through Admob, should I promote it on Admob.. If yes then what should be minimum CPC bid and Minimum daily budget requires?

You can promote on AdMob or AdWords. AdMob's interface is simpler, and makes more sense if you already have an AdMob account and you're monetizing your app.
