UMP requestConsentInfoUpdate() crash app with foreground service

As stated, after integrated GoogleMobileAdsConsentManager, I noticed that my app crashed when it's removed from recent app while foreground service is running, without any log. Remove the requestConsentInfoUpdate() call and it works normally

You should request an update of the user's consent information at every app launch, using requestConsentInfoUpdate(). This request checks the following:

• Whether consent is required. For example, consent is required for the first time, or the previous consent decision expired.
• Whether a privacy options entry point is required. Some privacy messages require apps to allow users to modify their privacy options at any time.

Use our Google sample apps on GitHub for your reference during implementation. Can you confirm whether the crash issue is reproducible using the provided sample app? If yes, kindly provide the below details privately for further investigation:

• SDK version being used
• The full stack trace
• Steps to reproduce 
• sample app reproducing the issue
