I tested both your app (from the Play Store) and your ad unit ID (with our sample app), and can confirm that I was getting an error code 3 from it, instead of the error code 0 as initially reported. This implies a lack of ads being shown due to a drop in ad inventory.
With this in mind, could you confirm if your account has been fully setup for billing purposes (especially the billing info and address verification sections)? If the issue persists after confirming your account's billing setup, you may then try implementing Mediation in order to help with the filling of ads.
