Mute videos in banner ads

Hello,

we have a special case where videos are inside a banner-ad and we want those videos to be automatically muted.

so we tried using following method:

MobileAds.setAppMuted(true);

But the sound is still playing.

We think its because the ad is inside a webview which contains an html video tag, and the mentioned method

doesnt work in this case?

I hope you guys can help us.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you send us a Charles log with the creative so that we can take a look? Also make sure to be on the latest version of the SDK and let us know if you are able to reproduce the issue with our sample apps.
