Ads have stopped showing and getting an error "Account not approved yet"

Hi Team,

Google Ads in my App (which had earned around 36$ up till now) have suddenly stopped showing after 3 months since launch. After debugging, I found the error message to be "Account not approved yet". I have checked the following:
- Test Ads show without any issues
- I have no policy violations
- Payment Method has been added
- Account details have been filled
- Physical verification PIN has been entered

I am not sure what I am missing. Please assist

Hi Bilal,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Just wanted to let you know that this forum is for helping people with implementing the SDK into there app. With that being said it would seem that you have that working fine as you have received ads and generate money from them. For some reason of which we are unable to know. Your account seemed to have been limited or interrupted. We would suggest that you contact our Product Support Team . As they are able to handle account based issues, and have the tools to help you with this. Also we would suggest to make sure that you have received no messages from Google regarding any possible issues.

Hi William,

I had already asked for assistance from the AdMob Help Community (https://support.google.com/admob/thread/97168711) but I have received no response yet and I have learned that the Google Devs don't check the Community Forums which is disheartening. Is there a Google group or an Email for the AdMob Product Support Team? I am losing money due to this delay. Ads have not been showing since the last 22 days...

Please guide.

Hi Bilal,

I work with William and will assist you. You may want to check out ther AdMob Policies and Restrictions in the AdMob Forum. That forum is the correct forum for account issues. Unfortunately, we cannot help this issue, we only assist implementing the Mobile Ads SDK into apps.

Dear William/Aryeh,

Isn't bit disingenuous of you to direct people to the Admob Product support team when you well know that there is no support available for most of us who dont meet the Admob Arbitrary earning cut-off?

We have given out every piece of information that we have available. And have done this for many people, who have been able to get the results they needed. We are always happy to help you with any concerns. As well as having passed them on to our team. We have given you both the best way to help you. We just do not have access to the items you want fixed. The Product Support Team is one of your best options.

Dear Team,

This is a desperate plea for assistance. For some unknown reason ads have stopped showing for almost a month now and I have received no assistance from the AdMob Community and I have no means to reach the Product Support Team since I don't make the earning cut-off.

To recap, I'm getting an error "Account not approved yet", even though my account had already been approved months back. I have made no implementation changes, nor any recent changes to my account.
- Test Ads show without any issues
- I have no policy violations
- Payment Method has been added
- Account details have been filled
- Physical verification PIN has been entered
- app-ads.txt has been setup
- I have received no emails from Google informing me of any issues (none in spam folder too)
- Submitted my APK to Google for checking ten days ago but no change yet

I know this issue is out of your purview but it is my humble request to highlight/pass this issue to the Product Support Team on my behalf since I can't reach them. I am stuck with no where to go and no way to solve this issue.

Many thanks for your email. While we do really appreciate your teams efforts the fact remains there is no “Product Support Team”available for vast majority of us. The community support by other members within Product Support  cannot really help with account issues and most of the questions go unanswered. So when your team says contact Product support team when there is really no support, I feel that is very misleading. I am sure this out of your hands but the least your team can do is to be upfront so people don’t go on while goose chases.

The issue continues to persist. Any update from the Product Support Team? My game is available from the below link. I can also share my app-id if required. Please let me know soon. Its been 35 days without any ad revenue... I am losing hope...

Hi Team,

I am very disappointed. I have received no assistance even after being promised. Its now almost two months now without a hint of support. Account related issues, where developers have no control over, should be the responsibility of AdMob to fix. Its shocking that there is a monetary barrier to contact the Support Team which leaves many developers in bind. To get support for account issues, you need to have enough regular earnings, but you can't reach that threshold because you have a problem with your account. A classic Catch-22 situation

I have now only two options
- Create another AdMob account and check if that can hopefully solve the issue
- Move to a different Ad network provider (My more likely choice seeing how my issue has been neglected)

In any case, I am losing my earnings because AdMob wont pay me if I don't reach the 100$ threshold. I feel like I am being robbed...
