Check your 'Apps to confirm' page.... unable to finish setup

Hello,

The red label "Check your 'Apps to confirm' page Starting September 2022, we'll start limiting ad serving to apps that haven't been reviewed and approved...." has appeared in our Admob dashboard about 2 weeks ago.

Until today we had no apps to confirm but just couple our ago we got a new message that we do have an app to confirm. But we can't confirm because Google misspelled our app name.

Our package name is "com.Nnnn.Nnnnn.Nnnnnn" while google "lowercased" all letters "com.nnnn.nnnnn.nnnnnn" thus we can't finish setup.

Any replay from officials are welcome. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you better on this apps to confirm of your package name, we recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as they are better equipped to assist you on this. Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control of your app package name.
