Ads fail to load most of the time

Hi, 

I develop flutter project and integrate admob with SDK https://pub.dev/packages/google_mobile_ads

In my project I can always get ad with test ad id successfully, but for my own ad id, it usually shows error
In IOS, it's "code = 1, Msg = Request Error: No ad to show." 
In Android, it's "code = 3, Msg = No fill."

though it could still load ad sometimes.(Around few days in a month)

  • App ID

Upon reviewing the information you provided, we also encountered no ads in both android and iOS using our Flutter sample app. In order to maximize chances receiving ads, kindly make sure that you fully complete the setup of your AdMob account, particularly the billing (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/2772229?hl=en) and PIN verification (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/2772302?hl=en) sections. Since this is more of an ad serving issue/ fill rate concern which is out of scope to our team, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team (https://support.google.com/admob/thread/new?hl=en) instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this.
