Ad Failed to Load: 3

After 2 days, My ads no longer display live and i get this error on logcat:

Dynamic lookup for intent failed for action: com.google.android.gms.ads.service.START

Ad Failed to Load: 3

It's impossible to contact anyone from google to see what is going on and so its in limbo and they are just leaving it like that.

The issue seems to be from therir side, they have blocked the ads or something it seems like, but i have had no email or anything or any information regarding it.

Their email system doent work and gives an error (Has been the case for years apparently)

Does anyone know how to proceed to get the ads working again or do i need to give up and remove the app as google refuse to offer any support?
