didn't login to AdMob

I made made an AdMob account . I didn't end up using it and didn't login to AdMob since. Now, I went to login and it told me to sign up. Following the instructions, I signed up and put in all my information. When I pressed the "Go To Admob" button at the end, it took my back to the sign up page. Everytime I try to sign into Admob, it redirects me to the sign-up page which tells me that I 'already have an account' and gives me a 'Sign-In' button. When I press it, it redirects back to the sign-up page. I've tried clearing cache, I've tried signing out/signing in, I've tried adding Google to my Cookie acceptions, I've tried disabling Admob, I've done everything the docs have told me. Still, to no avail.  Can anyone give me some help as this is really frustrating. I've included a picture with this post. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me. I really do appreciate it.
