Many error code feedback

We have been using Unity to connect to AdMob and have been running for a long time. We often receive feedback from users. Here are some error codes we have encountered, with error codes 1 and 5 appearing frequently, and many errors occurring multiple times in a row. I would like to know what I can do to improve this situation or completely solve it! Please tell me! Thank you very much.

SSL error occurred, unable to establish secure connection with server. ErrorCode:2

The Internet connection appears to be offline. ErrorCode:2

Request Error: The Google ad request was unable to be fulfilled before a timeout occurred. ErrorCode:5

The error message "Request Error: The Google ad request was unable to be fulfilled before a timeout occurred ErrorCode:5" means that the request to Google Ads was not completed within the allotted time. This can happen for a number of reasons, such as:

• A network issue

If you see this error message, try the following:

• Check your internet connection.
• Try again later.

So how can I determine the root cause of ErrorCode 5 and try to fix it
