I am an AdMob user and I have recently also implemented support for other networks through mediation. I have recently been contacted by ad networks not being supported by Google AdMob mediation to serve their ads in my applications. I know I can do this through the Google DFP for small business feature (I am not using the DFP feature yet but I have read about it). What I am worried about is to use ads from an ad network that violates Google's TOS. Even if I could check their service and make sure that it does not violate Google's TOS initially, they could change it at any time in the future and that could cause problems. I also know that Google is really serious about their TOS so I do not want to risk anything. Is there a way to know which ad networks are 'accepted' by Google? Is there something like a list of approved ad companies? Or, is there a way to implement DFP without risking violating Google's TOS?

The TOS regarding mediation are mainly around not showing 2 ads at the same time for example. If a network is not already supported by mediation, you can write a custom event to implement that network. If you implement these other networks via custom events using AdMob's/DFP's mediation solution, you're guaranteed not to be showing 2 ads at the same time.
