The admob sdk on for windows phone 8 is too old, and does not support windows phone 8.1, or windows 10. Is there a way around? or does google plan to update the sdk?

there were a lot of issues, but Google ignores them.

I would like to know aswell..I like Admob and I would love it support my apps in Windows 10 aswell, not only ios, android.
