The Google Mobile Ads SDK was initialized incorrectly

When I built it using xcode and ran it on my iPhone, I was prompted with the following error:

Uncaught exception: GADInvalidInitializationException: The Google Mobile Ads SDK was initialized incorrectly. Google AdMob publishers should follow instructions here: https://googlemobileadssdk.page.link/admob-ios-update-plist to include the AppMeasurement framework, set the -ObjC linker flag, and set GADApplicationIdentifier with a valid App ID. Google Ad Manager publishers should follow instructions here: https://googlemobileadssdk.page.link/ad-manager-ios-update-plist

The website in the description could not be opened.

xcode Version 10.1 (10B61)

macOS 10.14.3 (18D109)

Unity 2018.3.2f1

IOS 12.0

I have installed cocoapods and used the command to upgrade the Google Mobile Ads SDK to version 7.42.0.And downloaded your sample HelloWorld in this website at https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-unity/tree/master/samples.. On the basis of the sample into the GoogleMobileAds unitypackage, Then export to the XCODE project, Build still appear after the completion of this error,It's really painful for me. How can I successfully use Admob? Please help me, Thank you!
