SDK doesn't work with unity 2021.3.18f1.

I am using unity 2021.3.18f1 with GoogleMobileAds-v7.4.1.I've imported SDK to empty project and it works in Unity Editor , but when i build project and run it on my android device  i  get  following error in logcat:
