Appeal to enable ads - Over a month now and no response

Ads serving to our app was disabled because GOOGLE/Admob thought our application was not in compliance with program policies (Our app was disabled from playstore). We have resolved the issue with playstore, updated the app and its now live on playstore. We appealed the disabling and have done the needful, but its over a month now and no reply from the admob team and ads are still not serving. Please what do I do? I'm confused right now

Our forum deals with only Mobile Ads SDK technical implementation related queries. I would suggest that you wait until our Product Support Team responds to your issue.

I am also Facing issue with admob, Google admob does not showing ads on my apps, please help me . to show ads on my apps.

Can you describe your issue clearly to proceed with further investigation? Also, can you share your Ad Unit ID with us to test it on our end?

Hi Deepika , 

I can add ads ID in my test phone , in Test phone they are working fine , and firebase are also working fine but when i upload my app on play store they ads are not working , in Admob  are also not show any impressions. but in Firebase they are show impressions. 

MY Ads Unit ::
 Ad unit ID: ca-app-pub-9297065710966182/4370676150
Ad unit ID: ca-app-pub-9297065710966182/7324142551

Please resolve this problem.

Hi Zubair,

Can you also send us your application link? I was able to load both Banner And Interstitial ads with your Ad Unit IDs. It sounds like there might be an issue with your Package Name and I would need your app to confirm this.

Hi Zubair,

There might be an issue linked with your App ID. If you are unable to load ads with your Package Name/App ID, then it's a serving issue and you have to contact our AdMob Product Support team for further assistance.

As mentioned earlier, for ad serving issues, you may reach the Product Support team via the Contact Us options found in the Help Center link provided earlier or directly via this form.

In addition, you may also try the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter as an alternative.
