Admob test ad id is working but the real ad id is not working

Hey, I just made finished making my android app. From the beginning I was using admob test ad id. It was working fine and showing the test ads wherever required. But today when I replaced the test ids with originial admob ids, no ads were showing in the app. After that I made another test app to check whether my ids work in it or not. To my surprise it worked on other app. Still the test ad ids are working fine but not the original one. Please help me and take me out of this trouble.

Hi there,

Are you able to provide to us the following information using the Reply privately to Author option?

• The affected Ad Unit IDs
• Complete warning/error logs, preferably with logs from Ad Events?

Additionally, can you try changing the affected application's Package Name and see if it helps in resolving the issue?

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm assuming you meant to say Ad Unit Id instead of App Id. That said, since you were able to load Test Ads on your app then, it is safe to assume that there is no issue with your integration with the Mobile Ads SDK.

However, seeing that this is an old thread, please create a new thread with more details regarding your concern such as complete error logs when you failed to load Ads and we will continue our investigation from there.

Hello there,

Can you please elaborate your query for us to assist you further? If you have trouble loading Ads with your Ad unit Ids, send us your Ad unit Ids using "Reply Privately to Author" for us to take a look. Please note that you would need to make sure that you enable test device while testing. When you enable test mode and test your Ad unit Ids with our sample apps, you will see a production looking ad with a "Test Ad" label and that confirms that your Ad unit Ids are working.
