Unity Ad Failed To Load :3, No Fill

Hi,

I'm getting ad failed to load 3 no fill even after more than a week of publishing. I'm using Unity. Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you for providing the requested details in private.

I was able to test your app from the Play Store, and can confirm that I was getting ads from it (see attached screenshots). It is possible that the error code 3 messages you are receiving is indicating an ad-serving issue with your app, where there might simply be no ads to display as of the moment. One way to alleviate this issue is to add more mediation networks to your setup, or otherwise removing Targeting parameters on your ad requests (if there were any).

For further ad-serving concerns, you may visit the AdMob Help Center, or consult with our troubleshooter, for further assistance.

Hi Ziv,

Those ads screenshots were from Unity Ads, instead of AdMob. Would you mind testing the ad Units on the sample apps? To check if the ad unit really works.

Hi Nicholas,

I tested your ad unit IDs with our sample app, and can confirm that I was getting an error code 0. This message signifies an internal error with your setup, which may be caused by a number of factors, such as incorrect ad unit ID syntax, account or payment-related issues, or policy violations, among others. I recommend checking your email for any notifications from AdMob with regards to your account's ad serving status, or otherwise checking your AdMob control panel as well for the same.

For further account-related concerns, I still recommend visiting the AdMob Help Center for further assistance, as the product specialists there will be able to provide better insights on this matter.

I am also suffering from this issue. I have an account but it gives me no fill. and my admin panel has gone to 0 impressions. it was working fine but suddenly it stopped showing ads and my dashboard goes to 0 impressions. anyone solve my this issue?

Hello team,

I am also having issues with Admob. Receiving 'No Fill' error after publishing the app. In test ads or for real ads after building the app via Unity works fine. Kindly, solve this for me.

Hi Ziv,
I need information regarding of "Ads     : Ad failed to load : 3" in my unity app.
The ad tested in the Unity app is interstitial type ad, using the ad placement package.
Using the real ad unit, the real ad works(with test ad labels on top) in a physical device registered as test device on admob ui.
But on the other device(not set as test device) the real ads are not showing and returning "Ads     : Ad failed to load : 3" in adb. The app still in review and not yet published.

Hi Mizra,

Sorry for the delayed response here. I noted that you mentioned you're seeing no fill and your app is not published. Today, when your device is not in test mode, the app package will need to be public to start serving ads. This is done in an effort to remove invalid traffic from the AdMob network. During development, we recommend enabling test ads.

Also, please note that there will soon be an additional approval process for newly launched apps. You can read more about that process at  https://support.google.com/admob/answer/10417515.
