Hi,

My name is Zsolt. Been programming for the last 15 years. After several trials of launching different type of unicorn businesses (great in my head, still a dream in reality), I started building Android apps 1.5 years ago. Admob was working great. Slow but promising. Few cents in the first months, few Euros in the next months and after more than 1 year I hit the 4 digits a month. I recently decided to quit my programmer full-time job and create an LLC to make things official. Because you cannot change the account type from individual to organisation for an existing AdMob account, you need to create a new one and cancel the old. I've just done exactly that. First day was great. Same old same amazing earning. Second day from out of the blue, AdMob's algorithm put a limitation on my account. No clear reasons, no explanation and no way to contact support to help me fix this issue. The only clue I'm left with is: "Ad serving on your account is being temporarily limited while we assess the quality of your app traffic. We'll automatically review and update this limit as we continue to monitor your traffic." My apps have organic traffic with genuine users. Never participated in any form click services neither asked my mom to click the ads for me. My Limited Liability Company has been literally Limited. Is there any way I could contact the support beyond the robot wall that blocks everybody? If anybody from the AdMob team reads it, I believe I can be a valuable customer of yours and we could both benefit in the organic traffic that my apps would bring. Thank you

Kind Regards
Zsolt Kallos

Hi Zsolt,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. While we understand the effect this has on your business what you are seeing is usually just a temporary issue as we review all new apps. Here is an article that talks more about this. If you would like you can also try to contact our Product Support Team , as they have more access to the tools that can look into this for you.

Regards,
