It doesn't show ads in China

hi I am a developer in China. After integrating SDK, I can also display ads. But it doesn't show ads in China. I think it's self - locating in the document. Then push the location ads. But what I've been missing is that it's not Chinese advertising. What should I do? Can you give me some advice.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

As per "After integrating SDK, I can also display ads. But it doesn't show ads in China", do you mean to say that you were able to display ads when you send the Ad Request on an IP address outside of China? Please note that China is not one of the restricted territories so serving of AdMob Ads via Mobile Ads SDK should have worked as expected.

One of the possible reasons that could impact Ad serving on your end is the availability of ads or the existence of Ad blockers in the network that you are connected to. That said, could you check if the issue is reproducible if you connect to a different network or is it possible for you to check if Ad blockers are enabled in the network you are connected to?

For us to investigate further on this, could you provide to us the error logs (via onAdFailedToLoad event) captured on your end?

Hello, I mean, I'm doing development in mainland China, but now I'm asking for incentives that video needs to be connected to VPN in order to access it successfully, otherwise it will basically return
{[Error: The AD request was successful, but no AD was returned due to lack of AD inventory.] framesToPop: 1, code: 'ERROR_CODE_NO_FILL'}

This tip, I'm sure there's no interceptor in my network. And it's all about returning to foreign countries. I'm looking forward to returning to China.

Hi,

Do you mean to say that you are getting a No fill error when connected to your default Network but consistently getting Ads when connected to a VPN? If so, then we can confirm that your implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK is working correctly because you were able to load ads successfully in another network. 

This could either be a network related issue or it could just be the usual No fill error where there are just no available Ads during those times that you sent the Ad request.

If you want, we can also test your Ad Unit Id on our end if you provide it to us using Reply privately to author option.

Additionally, if possible, you can try to capture the Charles logs (here are setup instructions) when you are not able to load ads for a particular network and share these logs with us. These logs will give us a closer look on the issue encountered on your end.
