Interstitial creative does not show up

Dear mobile ads team,

we use Prebid in combination with GoogleMobileAds for iOS. One specific interstitial coming from Prebid does not render. 

• When I extract the creative html using Charles and open it in Safari or WKWebView, it renders. When GMA lib is asked to render it, there is blank screen
  
• Delegate method interstitialDidReceiveAd(_ ad: GADInterstitial) is called

I have enabled Network tracing, but the logs are encoded. How do I debug this further?

Hi Marcel,

Thank you for bringing this question to our attention. So from what I can see, it would appear that you have no issue getting ads. And that all the ads are showing, with the exception of one ad. This one ad keeps reshowing as only a blank black screen. When you pull the ad out of Charles logs and view the ad in a bowser you are able to see it though. I would ask if you can share via "Reply to author" button, the creative information that you were able to pull out and the encoded log, with the Charles log.

Hi William,

Thank you for reaching out. "Reply to author" button is grayed out for me, tooltip says I don't have permissions to reply to author in this group. Is there another way I could send you the creative and the logs?

Hello Aryeh,

Thanks for taking this up. There is new information I’d like to share with you. I have found out that creative is not displayed because mraid.js is not being downloaded. Mraid is requested by creative from https://pubads.g.doubleclick.net/gampad/mraid.js which returns a 404. There seems to be a problem with replacing <script src="mraid.js"> with correct URL. Can you confirm this line of thought? Do you have an idea what could prevent mobile ads lib from replacing the URL to mraid?

Can you reproduce this issue in our sample apps? Can you privately send us a Charles log (Proxying enabled ) of this ad?
