With regard to your concern, please do note that the mediation waterfall ad-serving depends on the configuration. When an ad impression becomes available, ad server calls demand sources one by one. Usually, setting the impression of the mediation network to 100% (also setting the eCPM very high) will force to display it. In addition, the SDK just request an ad to the ad-server and don't have any control on the ad it will receive. On your case, this is more of an ad serving concern which I'm afraid out of our scope. What we can suggest at this point is to reach out to
Product support team as they are more equipped in handling ad serving concerns.
