Ads serving limitation!

Hi,
I have a problem with ads serving limitation. Everything is ok in my account. There are traffic from many countries but limitation not finish. i also can't contact f.... admob support. Community also says same things. I don't understand why finding support is so hard! Someone can say my problem if there is problem in my account. We deserve at least this much support.

If you encountered Ads serving limited, you can reached out to AdMob Help Center for further assistance on such ad-serving concerns. You can also check this ad serving limit article to know more about it.

If you are unable to reach out to the product support team, please try the below email option:
- Navigate to https://support.google.com/admob/gethelp?issue_description=contact+us
- In the first prompt click `Other` and `Next step`
- In the second prompt click `Next step`
- The email option should be available

Hi again,

There is no an email option! The Community always says same things but their advices don't solve our problems!

Hi,

I too have the same problem - there isn't a way to contact product support. 

Surely all you need to do is to pass this onto your colleagues in Product Support for them to progress?

Google practically invented email - don't tell me you can't contact this other mythical team on our behalf because that cannot be true.

You are Google. Someone can easily contact them from your team if you want to.

Please someone at Google just sort this out.

I don't understand why this is so difficult for you to progress.

Hi,
mobileadssdk team, thank you for your support. but i am not happy! I've been dealing with this issue for a week. but i didn't get any support. There is worldwide traffic. Again, no activity from admob support. It's a disgrace to the time we spend. There can be no such shocking support. Someone needs to put their place to this disrespectful support unit. We should not respect those who do not respect us! I realized that trusting Google was a mistake.

Always a lie! when this fucking stupid admob support help us? i am bored your lies! this problem is clearly with admob! you have to understand and someone has to help us about this fucking policy lies! we lost money do you understand? Now our patience is running out. Shall we throw a bomb at your house or burn your office? what do you want from us! we just ask for support but we don't get it in return and you are making us hate!

Sorry for the experience that you've had.

For the ad serving status, you can visit this page for details. We would recommend you to look into how you can prevent invalid activity (also look at this page).

Using Authorized Sellers for Apps (app-ads.txt) [Android | iOS] is also recommended. When testing, please ensure you have enabled test ads [Android | iOS].

Please also note that limited ad serving applies to AdMob Network only and doesn’t affect third-party mediation, house ads, and direct sold campaigns.
