The Error Code 0 : ERROR_CODE_INTERNAL_ERROR, This indicates that something happened internally; for instance, an invalid response was received from the ad server.
I have executed our Sample project with the provided information, but unfortunately, I have been unable to load the ads on my end. It has come to my attention that the error message “ code: 3, Received error HTTP response code: 403”.
Please note that It can take up to 24 hours for AdMob to crawl and verify your app-ads.txt files. You need to wait at least 24 hours for the app-ads.txt status to update.
If you've recently added your developer website or updated your app listing in Google Play, allow up to 24 hours for AdMob to detect these changes.
The next step for you would be to reach out to the Product support team for further assistance regarding the ad serving concern. The Product Support Team is well equipped to handle your concern effectively.

Both Android and ios have been approved, and we have created and posted advertising units
There is no advertising on either side
Also, app-ads.txt still says "no ad requests with app-ads.txt yet."
