Hi Allan,
Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.
I've tested our Google Sample Application with both the bundle ID's (com.kingrex.aulottery and com.kingrex.SGApp) using your app ID and ad unit ID, and ads are loading correctly. Could you confirm if this issue can be reproduced in the Google Sample Application?
However, I noticed the bundle ID (com.kingrex.mylottery) for your app isn't registered in your AdMob account.
I would recommend you to follow the Set up an app-ads.txt file for your app document to configure the file. To have it reviewed, make sure your app has been verified. You must also link your app to a supported app store in AdMob to trigger the review.

Hi,
Thank you for getting back to us.
We have observed that advertisements fail to load when utilizing your Bundle Identifiers. However the Ads are loading successfully upon alteration of the Bundle Identifier. Therefore, it appears that the root of the issue lies within your Bundle Identifiers.
The best way to get more information about your issue is the AdMob Help Center. You can also utilize the AdMob Communities for additional support.![]() |
