AdMob won't crawl URL for app-ads.txt

Hi, for my app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cs.marathigani) I added website https://marathi-gani.web.app/ and hosted  app-ads.txt as required -   https://marathi-gani.web.app/app-ads.txt

It's been a couple of months, but still AdMob does not list the app as requesting or serving ads.

This is the first step in serving ads. So not able to progress any further.. The app is already in production with SDK integrated and tested with test ads.

Can you please help?

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the article. Accordingly, added robots.txt though site is just Firebase hosted. Made sure using Hex editor that there are no control characters. Also made a release 48 hours back. But still, AdMob has not crawled the URL. Please see curl output below. Can you please look into this and help please?

My app still doesn't show up under the app-ads.txt tab, but noticed one thing on admobs home page today where it said Missing Payment Information. (added it today, now being verified).

Please see if in case that was blocking the crawling.
