demo ad units do not return ads

Hi, everyone

Could you please tell me how is it possible that demo ad units do not return any ads?

I constantly receive an error

Error Domain=com.google.admob Code=1 "Request Error: No ad to show."

My app is already app is already running admob for a quite a long (i can see in the reports that ads are shown successfully), and this is the first time I'm in the situation when i cannot see any test ads on my device.

Can you provide us what Sample App iOS are you using or sample ad unit id where this behavior is happening? In addition to that, can you confirm if your device is enabled?

And yes, I can confirm that device is enabled.

I work along with Princess Pamela. Thank you for getting back to us.

As per checking, you're using our rewarded demo ad units. I went ahead and test our sample rewarded app, and was able to load test ad successfully (please see attached screenshot). With this, could you please try to use our demo app id ca-app-pub-3940256099942544~1458002511, then let us know if you still wasn't able to load any test ads?

As per checking, it seems that you're using your app when testing our ad unit id but the ads are still not showing. With that, can you provide us your sample app project so that we can also check your implementation? You can provide it to the link below.

Thank you for your response.

With regard to no ads in Russia, as per this article, given the recent suspension of Google advertising systems in Russia, we’ll be pausing the creation of new Russian accounts on AdSense, AdMob, and Google Ad Manager. Additionally, we will pause ads on Google properties and networks globally for advertisers based in Russia.

Then, for the other countries that you've mentioned that still not showing the test ads, can you provide us your sample app project so that we can also check your implementation? You can provide it to the link below.
