Admob ads are not showing on Infinix Smartphone.

Hello, test ads are showing properly on my Infinix Hot 7 Pro smartphone. But when I implement real ads, they are not showing. The API of this smartphone is 29. However, when I run the same code on other smartphones (Oppo, Huawei) they are working properly. Where the issue is?. Please help
