Your publisher ID isn't mapped correctly in app-ads.txt

I followed the instruction on Admob interface to setup app-ads.txt file in my root domain. The content of the app-ads.txt file is copied and pasted from the instruction page. However, i got missing pub ID warning message. Here is the content of the app-ads.txt file

google.com, pub-xxx, DIRECT, f088c47fec942fa0 

xxx is my publisher ID.
