Cannot link my play store app on AdMob

my app Sequence game is published on play store in month of march 2021 ,I had previously used admob for monetization .then switched to other platform ,and now i am trying to switch back to admob but when creating the app in option to link play store ,my app wont show in search list so I cannot link my app with play store.i have tried many options link searching trough play store URL,developer id etc ,no luck

Hi Anuj,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. I clicked on the link that you gave us and was unable to see your app. From what we can see, it is not a valid link. We would suggest trying again with a URL that is able to go to the app. Aws well as try using the name of your app or the name of the developer used for the app. Also when you previously stopped using admob, i believe you should have just hidden the app. If so, unhide it. But at the same time, if you did nothing. Then the link should still be good.

thanks for your reply ,my app is not available in United States ,which seams to be the reason why you are unable to open link on your end ,also can the adMob is account I had used previous is closed now so I cannot access that, I have created new adMob account.

Hi Anuj,

Thank you for the additional feedback. With this in mind. It would seem that there might be an issue with the account that could be causing admob to not find you. I am guessing that you are able to test with the test ids and everything is fine. But when using the real ids in your app you are not getting any ads to show. With that in mind we would suggest reaching out to our Product Support Team , as they can look more into the account and ad serving.
