Hi

I have a similar problem to many other developers, the admob ads won't display as of recently. I have a few apps live in the playstore that I cannot update now for fear of breaking the working versions. With that, I have also downloaded the example google apps for admob, they work with test ads but not with my unit and app IDs. Where can I email the project in private so you are able to verify my errors?

Regards

Hi Fahiem,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your concern. However, what I can do is to assist you on the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK implemented using the following platforms (Android , iOS , Unity , Cocos2d-x ) only. I'm afraid that we don't have the visibility on the implementation of the unsupported framework such as
Flutter/Corona and I can't assure you that Admob's features will work as expected.

That said, we'll try to assist you via testing with our native SDK if you can provide to us privately your Ad Unit ID in question using Reply privately to author option. Also, please share with us the PlayStore link to your published app (if available) so we can test them as well.

Hi Fahiem,

Thank you for providing the details privately.

I tested your publisher app and I consistently getting no fill error on my end. This signifies an ad-serving issue with your app, where there might simply be no ads to display as of the moment. In the meantime, you may try implementing Mediation to help with the filling of ads. However, the documents of the mediation implementation is only available on native Android , iOS , Unity , Cocos2d-x and can't assure you that this features will work as expected on your platform.

For ad-serving related concerns such as this, you may visit the AdMob Help Center, or consult with our troubleshooter, for further assistance.
