Banner/Interstitial/Reward ads not showing after working fine for 2 months [Flutter][iOS][Android]

I had banner, interstitial, and reward ads on one of my apps. The ads seemed to have been working for the past 2 months and then suddenly yesterday both android and iOS apps stopped showing ads:

iOS Error: code: 1, domain: com.google.admob, message: Request Error: No ad to show

Android: code: 3, domain: com.google.android.gms.ads, message: No ad config

It's also strange that both the apps have different error codes.

Note:

  1. The test ads seem to work just fine.
  2. The Android and iOS apps have been published on the stores and have been working just fine for the past 2 months.

Hi Pratik,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Let me start by saying the fact that you are getting 2 different error codes on this is expected behavior, so that is ok. The fact that you also were receiving ads for several months and that test ads work, shows us that your implementation is also fine. As for why the ads stopped, we can not answer. As this forum only deals with the technical implementation of the SDK, which seems to be fine. We suggest that you reach out to the Product Support Team . As everything you have stated indicates an issue with the backend, ad serving. And they are able to handle that.

Thank you for the response. If you can share with us via the "Reply to author" button with your app id and ad unit id. As well as a link to the app in question in the store it is hosted on. We can try to look more also into this for you.

Hi Pratik,

Thank you for providing the requested information privately.

I've tried your Ad Unit ID, on our sample app and I consistently getting a no fill error on my end. This error signifies an ad serving issue which means that there is no ads available as of the moment. Please do note that this behavior isn't controlled by the Mobile Ads SDK. Since you mentioned that ads are showing before on your app, then this is likely an ad serving issue. With this, I would recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as the product specialists there can better assist you in this.

Hi. 

I have tried contacting the product support team but the support form doesnot seem to work anymore as the "email" button at the end gives an error when clicked on. I also raised a query on the support page Link (https://support.google.com/admob/thread/121971395/ads-not-showing-up-after-having-worked-fine-for-months-flutter-ios-android?hl=en) but haven't received any reply yet. Is there any other way to get this resolved. The development process for my app is stuck because of this issue.

Any help would be really appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles in contacting our Product Support Team. I understand that there is an urgency in your concern. However, they are the appropriate team who can help on you around as this is more of an ad serving issue.

 

In the meantime, you can check and kindly ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled in order to maximize the chances of receiving ads from the AdMob SDK:

 

 

You may also refer to common reason for ads not showing for additional scenarios, as well as the fixes for those.
