Can't find iOS app for app install campaign in Google Ads

Hi all,
We want to create a new App Install Campaign for our Apps. Our iOS application is not listed in Google Ads.
Firebase implementation and Google Ads Conversion Tracking are completed.
We have completed the same steps for another App and there was no problem with it.
So what is the reason why we cannot find iOS app in Google Ads in this case.

Thank you for reaching out to us about your concern. I would first start by asking if you have been able to link your app to your account? If this has not been done, then this could be causing the issue in question. If you also have not linked it yet. We would ask that you send us the URL to the app in the respective store it is posted.
If all of this has been done and your app has been able to get ads. Then we would suggest contacting our Product Support Team . As they handle more of the backend ad serving issues that are related to AdMob.

Yes we have already linked our app to our account. We are still not able to see our application in Google Ads for creating a new app install campaign. What might be the reason for this?

As per checking on this thread, it's odd that you weren't able to find your app on Google Ads even though you've successfully link it to your AdMob account. With this, we would recommend raising out to Google Ads product team for further assistance.
