Running Admob without SDK

Is it possible to run Admob without SDK integrations on the app. If yes what are the limitations of doing so?

AdMob doesn't offer a JavaScript API to fetch ads, if that's what you're asking. You'll need to use the SDK, which for Android is part of Google Play services.
