My app status is "getting ready" and my admob account is not approved yet

Hi,

I am having an issue with my payments information. My name is entered as "İBRAHİM", which includes the letter "İ" as in my banking information, and my address includes the letter "Ş". Both characters are not part of the ISO-Latin-1 character set mentioned in AdMob support documents. Could these two characters be the reason why my account has not been approved yet, knowing that AdMob has not explained the reasons? Is this a problem and what steps can I take to resolve this issue and ensure that my information is compliant with the system?
