Hello,

Recently we made slight changes to the admob ads and published, i.e we added the ads in between the listview items randomly. It was working fine but soon after publishing the app in Playstore, after few hours ads stopped serving in our app.

We did not receive any policy violation email or any sort of message from Admob team & also we checked that, in other apps the ads are appearing perfectly fine, we thought it could be issue with unit, we created new ad-unit and tried, it did not work.

In admob we can see very less impressions & sometimes revenue also generates For US region only, but for india and other countries we are not seeing any impressions & we are not seeing ads also for this regions.
We have not blocked any categories in showing the ads, we have kept all the categories open.

When we debug, we started receiving error code as 3, no fill from ad server. Later we thought it could be issue with admob, we wrote email to admob team, they reverted back saying, we will get back to you ASAP.

After that we thought like it could be policy issue, hence we requested appeal & for that also no response.

We can see ads if we create new app or for other apps, but only for current app we are not able to see any ads. We are not getting the exact reason why it is happening like this.

Please help us.

Thanks

Hi there,

The Ads not being displayed in certain countries and/or regions could be caused by a lot of factors including, but not limited to, Ad Blockers in their ISP, connection issues, Ad Inventory, etc.
However, can you try and test the affected Ad Unit IDs on our sample apps? If you were able to replicate the issue using our sample apps, then may we request the following information for us to investigate further?

Hello,

Thank you for your response, i have downloaded one of the app from the sample apps suggested by you, i have tried all the 3 affected ad-units it works perfectly fine without any issues. We are able to see the ads in sample app provided by you.

However the same ad-units are not working in our app, our app Package name is com.kidzvideos. App direct link is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kidzvideos

Earlier it was working fine for us also, During testing phase the nested ads were appearing fine in Listview items, soon after the updated app become live in playstore & ads stopped working.

We have removed all the nested ads of Listview & just added one static banner at the top, Even then also the ads are not appearing, we are not getting what is wrong with our package name.

Please help us in telling what is the mistake with our app?.

Thank you.

Hi there,

This looks like an Ad Serving issue which is out of scope of this forum.
I would like you to contact our Product Support Team to get this issue sorted out. Make sure you provide them all the affected Ad Unit IDs and your app's Package Name so they can assist you much faster.
However, since you mentioned you already contacted them, rest assured they will assist you as soon as they are able.

Hello,

Thank you for the response,

I'm not getting the exact form or support email to drop email.

We have not got any policy violation, however i had raised policy appeal request, for that i have not got any response from Admob. Do you have any other alternative ways to contact admob support?

There is no dedicated forum also, please suggest us the better ways to contact admob support team.

Thanks

Hi there,

If you are not able to access the form I previously linked, then you might be falling under the specific category of users that earns less than 25$ a month, as described in this blog post. Additionally, you can try using this troubleshooter.
However, since you have already contact the Product Support Team, then they should get back to you as soon as possible to assist you.
