Hello,

Some months ago I changed the floor ecpm settings in my admob console to experiment a bit.
After which the match rate dropped massively to about 20%, I cleared the settings and I can see that the ad unit is still not having any matches. It's been a few months now and today it's at 6% match rate.

I am in the middle of setting up a business account(together with a new company) to grow my app and hire devs. So I tried to use the app id and unit id's of the new account and everything works just fine. I got 90% fill rate(guess, all requests fill).

On the iOS version of the app, the fill rate is also very high and performing without any problems.

As far as I can see this is an admob bug. I am worried about the upcoming holiday season and my ads not working. Who can I talk to for assistance? Support team just tells me to check my implementation but like I said, just switching the ad unit and app id makes everything work so it can't be my implementation.

for reference, my app has 14M active installs, daily about 120K downloads only on android so lots of requests.

Please help me resolve this.

I forgot to mention that banner ads are working fine on the same account.

Hi Mars,

Thank you for providing the requested details.

I tried your ad unit ID with our sample app, and can confirm that I was receiving ads from it (see attached screenshot). This also happens upon using your app's package name (which should rule out any issues with your app-ads.txt).

With this in mind, this seems to be a case of having a limited ad inventory for your app, or, more specifically, a no-fill error. Since concerns regarding ad performance are out-of-scope for our level of assistance in this forum, I would suggest that you reach out instead to the AdMob Help Center for further assistance on this. The product specialists there should be able to provide better insights on this.
