False ad restrictions

The Android version of my game has gotten it’s ad restricted twice for violating ad policy: Content obscuring Google-served ads. Each time I have to request a review and the ads are restored. I do not do any updates to my game because the ads are not covered. Once someone reviews it, they see this is the case. But it that time it takes for my ads to get restored, My game is losing money! How can I fix this issue?
