App and Account approval: Your application status

Hello,

every time receive below mail after submit app. Not giving me proper guidance for what should changes need to require or what is not done yet to met policy in FunColors app : link:

and,
Admob dashboard always showing :

Apps
Your app is being reviewed

Accounts
Your account isn't approved yet

We have certain policies in place that we believe will help ensure the effectiveness of Google ads for our publishers as well as for our advertisers. We review all publishers, and we reserve the right to decline any application. As we grow, we may find that we are able to expand our programme to more publishers with a wider variety of content.

Please note that we may not be able to respond to enquiries regarding the specific reasons for our decision. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your response

I am not getting proper help from the AdMob Help Center and the AdMob Communities. So please review below conserns.

- Admob dashboard shows always: the 'Getting Ready' status until your account is verified. Enter your payment details to have your account verified. 

- Please note that i have already entered require details of payment method. There is no option or notification or recieved mail regarding payment verification. So, app and admob account not verified yet. Please cosider these points and help to verify my admob account and app.

It is important to follow AdMob policies and restrictions to avoid any issues. 

Account not approved yet means When you first sign up for AdMob, your account is reviewed before it’s approved. This typically takes up to 24 hours, but in rare cases can take up to 2 weeks. Make sure you’re in compliance with AdMob policies and restrictions. You’ll be notified via email if your account is not approved by AdMob. For more information, kindly refer to the Resolve common onboarding issues and Verify your payment details.

As mentioned earlier, the best way to get more information about your issue is the AdMob Help Center. You can also utilize the AdMob Communities for additional support.
