How do I get testers to check CMP functionality

Now that I have the CMP protocol popup in ios, I am confused about how to get testers to check this feature (by not modifying the code). I tried to change the iphone Settings in the region to the European Union countries: Belgium, but give me the result returned is UMPConsentStatusNotRequired SDK

Thank you for your response. 

But you don't understand my question, I wonder if there is any other way to get a device to be identified as an EU country than by setting up a test device in the code.

For example

1. The system region of the iphone is Belgium

2. The iPhone system language is Belgian

3. The VPN for iPhone is Belgium

Thank you for responding back with the additional context of your concern. For your use case, I'm afraid that there's no available method that will return your user's location or if they are inside/outside of EU. For testing purposes, we highly suggest to use the force geography which you can find here: https://developers.google.com/admob/ios/privacy#force_a_geography. However, this requires you to setup a test device. What I can do at this point is to raise a feature request for your use case. Before I can proceed, could you share your business use case (or benefit) to the said functionality/feature that you were looking for?
